crimp, glue, go
A few months ago I started receiving American Baby magazine and I have no idea why. It has really annoyed me because the more I try to get them to stop sending me the magazine, the emails, and the don’t-forget-your-baby’s-birthday phone and text reminders, the more things I seem to get. But today I received an email that has made all of the misery, all of the frustration, all of the confusion worth it:
Dear JESSICA,
Thank you for being a member of our family of magazines. We’re happy to have you with us! As a special thank you gift, I’d love to treat you to a FREE YEAR of Scrapbooks etc.® Magazine.
American Baby family of magazines, you really do know me! Thank you! I’ve never been more thrilled in my life.

How weird… I got an email from Amazon the other day telling me that a gift from someone off our (Matt’s and my) baby registry was on it’s way. I immediately called Matt (my fiance) and said, hey, since when do we have a baby registry?
